Our small group ministries cover a wide variety of interests and groupings of people, and meet in various settings and at different times. Some, such as our music teams, are ongoing; others are short-term interest groups. Some focus on learning; others, on fellowship; others, on service. Usually there is a new group forming every couple of months.
Current small groups include (list may not be exhaustive!):
"When I was young and had small children Clark and I joined the Burlingame United Methodist Church. We were greeted at the front door the first day we attended and T. Elmer Smith came visiting the very next day. Through the years the church has been there for me in sickness and in health. I have learned so much from them. In my youth I had many questions about the Christian religion. Sterling Redman was teaching an adult Sunday school class called Keystone. His intelect and caring taught me so much. Keystone Socials made it possible to get to know my fellow members and they soon became some of my most priceless friends. To this day every class teaches me something new about the world we live in. I have been able to help others as they have helped me through the years. I look forward to more time to contribute to this beautiful church with the stained glass window of Jesus with outspread hands welcoming all."
